New Indoor Rowing Class


6-7 AM Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Open to all fitness levels. If you are looking to improve your strength, endurance and overall fitness this spring, this is the class for you. The class will take place on an indoor rowing machine (ergometer). Join us for a fun, high energy, yet low impact exercise that engages the whole body. We will include mat exercises to build core, arms and leg strength.
