Erg Class

Class is held in the Erg Room upstairs in DBMS. Your instructor will challenge you mentally and physically as you learn the biomechanics of the rowing stroke. As you improve technically, you can increase your intensity on the erg. Erg classes at DBMS are ideal for anyone who wishes to get a low-impact full body workout, whether you are experienced, or brand new to the sport of rowing.

Note: A class will not run unless a minimum of 4 sign ups has been met. Maximum class is 20 students.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning with interval erg training – Open to all fitness levels. If you are looking to improve your strength, endurance and overall fitness this winter, this is the class for you. Join us for a fun, high energy, yet low impact exercises that engage the whole body to build core, arms and leg strength.
