Duxbury Bay Opti Regatta

The Duxbury Bay Opti Regatta is scheduled for Saturday July 25 and Sunday July 26, 2009. As part of the Southern Massachusetts Sailing Association’s Grand Prix Series, this event will include a strong field of competitors. In addition, a Green Fleet will provide newer sailors with an opportunity to experience fleet racing in a fun, instructional environment.

A rigging clinic sponsored by Sturgis Boatworks will be held on Saturday morning prior to racing, and a spectator launch will be offered by DBMS during both days.

DBMS recently upgraded their facilities, featuring a brand new state-of-the-art sailing and rowing facility, expanded on site parking and spectacular viewing of Duxbury Bay from the front deck.
