Where do I find class schedules?

Click image002 on a class and all sessions offered & seats available are displayed.  Click image004  next to your chosen session and the Screen Shot 2015-03-11 at 11.28.37 AM tab will display it’s daily class schedule.

To export your class schedule to iCalendar, click on each of the daily classes listed in the comprehensive email confirmation you’ll receive right after checkout.

Why should I create / sign in to a customer account?
Creating a customer account allows our website to remember ALL your information, including the details you enter for all other class participants associated with your account. Existing customer accounts were not transferred from our old booking system.  The first time you successfully book a class, a new account will be created for you.  Your email address is your user name and you will be asked to create a password.  You can image010 to your account by clicking here.  You can also sign in with Facebook.  If you prefer not to create an account, please complete this form and submit to us with your payment.

Can I checkout with multiple classes or participants?

Yes.  Before checking out, click image007  and select a another class from the Program listing (for multiple participants: select same class again).  Multiple classes will appear in your basket. Click Screen Shot 2015-03-14 at 6.57.43 PM to change your basket contents, or to return to the main menu.  Click Screen Shot 2015-03-14 at 7.01.20 PM to remove an item from your basket.

Can my child take a class he/she is not quite old enough for?
Probably.  For example, if your child will turn 10 in the fall; he/she can probably take a summer 10-14 year old class.  Please contact us to discuss which class best suits your child’s interests and abilities

Why am I being asked for “Your Details” as well as the “Participants”?
After selecting a session for a class, you’ll be asked to enter “Your details” as the adult paying for the class.  The additional “Participant” details are for the “Child”, or “Adult” (probably you), who will take the class.  The next time you sign in to your account all your details, as well as those of your participants, will have been remembered

Will my child have to take a swim test?
No, except for Jr Rowing. Many of DBMS’ course descriptions include a requirement that the participant be a “Competent Swimmer”, defined as someone who is able to readily jump into deep water and swim 25 yards unassisted. Certification that the class participant is a “Competent Swimmer” is requested prior to online Checkout. DBMS terms and conditions are available here

Neither DBMS or our online booking agent, Bookeo, store any of your credit card information.  Bookeo is TRUSTe certified.  Your online payments are managed and secured by PayPal Payments Pro.
