FACILITY INFORMATION

Clifford Hall at Duxbury Bay Maritime School (DBMS) has 2400 square feet of indoor space and 600 square feet of deck space on the second floor of our main building. It is arguably the best waterfront spot for any event that boasts breathtaking views of Duxbury Bay and beyond. We are fully ADA compliant.

CLIFFORD HALL CAPACITY

The maximum number of people that can be accommodated is 330 for a cocktail type party and 165 for a sit down dinner. No more than 49 may be on the upper deck at any given time. Suggested maximum capacity for a wedding with DJ/Band and dancing is 150.

BOARD ROOM CAPACITY

The maximum number of people that can be accommodated is 24. Available equipment are a Smart TV and large double sided white board.

CONFERENCE ROOM CAPACITY

The maximum number of people that can be accommodated is 8. Available equipment are a Smart TV and presentation white board.

PARKING

The property can accommodate off-street parking for 70 motor vehicles. Seasonal restrictions may apply.
