I began my yoga journey in 2005.  I was drawn to yoga initially for the physical benefits, but quickly discovered the profound mental and spiritual benefits.  I took Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my relationship with myself but also discovered my passion to teach and share my knowledge with others to help them on their own path.  

I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Masters in Social Work.  Yoga and meditation have helped to ground me throughout my social work career in helping others.   My passion has always been and continues to be helping others find compassion for themselves and in turn compassion for others.   Yoga is a beautiful practice in the art of compassion and can be expected as a theme in many of my classes.  

Expect my classes to create space for energy to flow and release through alignment based, hatha flow sequences.
