High School Winter Indoor Rowing

Three Days a Week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) 5:00-6:30pm November 28-February 17

This program is designed for High School students who are interested in rowing on Spring Crew.  Athletes with, or without rowing experience can participate in our indoor program where High School coaches will introduce and reinforce rowing technique on the ergs and in the tanks.  The 1.5 hour sessions will focus on getting a base level of fitness and form before the spring competitive season.


High School Race Week *with Optional Regattas* 

1 week program offered for 6 weeks * with option to race in a regatta
$150/rower, $50/coxswain
Prerequisites: 1 season of competitive HS Rowing
Experienced high school rowers come down and spend a week training and racing! Grab your friends and row together for some fun-filled rowing and racing on Duxbury Bay and beyond. Combined coaching with High School Coaches and Collegiate rowers. For those signed up for weeks 4 and 5, there will be the option to race in the Cromwell Cup (Charles River in Boston) and Sweeps and Sculls (Narragansett, RI). Boat use is flexible ranging from double, quads, coxed quads and more. Additional regatta fee for athletes who choose to race.

High School Development Program 

AVAILABLE FOR 2 WEEKS THIS SUMMER- August 7-11 OR August 14-18
2.5 hours/5 days Cost: $310 for rowers $155 for coxswains
Prerequisites: Rising 9th grade -12th with 3+ weeks of jr rec rowing or 1+ HS season
High School Rowers, are you ready to grow your skills and optimize your rowing? This coed 2.5 hours/day, week-long program will consist of a dynamic warm-up, rowing, technique work and racing. We will come inside for video review and functional training and stretching instruction.

Alumni Rowing

Ages 18+ Duxbury Crew Graduates: Dates and times TBD
Join other DBMS alumnus for an evening row! We will get out on familiar water with former teammates in mixed 8’s. Let’s start a new tradition – grab a friend and jump in a boat!
