Big Fish Little Fish
Thursdays, Ages 2-4
If you have attended our Big Fish Little Fish program this summer, join us this Fall for more fun on the Bay! For anyone new to DBMS, parents/guardians attend this program with their child! The program lasts an hour and a half and will include a short lesson, a hands-on activity, and a craft or short story.

AFTERSCHOOL
Wednesdays or Thursdays, Grades K-2
Fall is one of our favorite times of year here at DBMS! The water is still warm, and there is so much wildlife in the Bay for us to study! Skip the pick-up line, and we will pick students up from Chandler at 3:25 PM for a fun afternoon at DBMS. For anyone that attended our program last year, we have a list of new topics to cover!
Each class will start with a snack and a lesson before we move on to our afternoon activity. We will use our fifteen-passenger van and occasionally a boat for hands-on fun all afternoons!

HOMESCHOOL Programs
Fridays, Grades K-8
Enrich your child’s homeschool experience with hands-on learning at DBMS! We’re taking things out of the classroom this year. Students will explore Duxbury Bay using kayaks, a Carolina Skiff, and our Marshall 22 sailboat. In addition to learning about Duxbury Bay, we will also go off campus to visit other local organizations (more details to come). Our lessons adhere to the next generation’s science standards.

If school is off for the day due to a holiday or professional development day, but you still have work, send your child to DBMS for a day of fun! Boat rides, scavenger hunts on the beach, and experiments in the Marine Science lab are just a few examples of some of the awesome things they will do during their day off!
