January In Review

Checking in on our resolutions…

2017 is off to a fantastic start here at DBMS. Our resolution of creating more offerings in the off-season has resulted in new members of the Duxbury community connecting with our beautiful bay, despite frigid temperatures! Indoor rowing has added a community-wide challenge by implementing the Annual Mileage Award. This award will be granted at end of year to the adult rower who has logged the most meters on the indoor rowing machine. Already, it is highlighting how committed adults rowers here at DBMS are to practicing their craft during the off-season. Check out the current standings here! While most of the new offerings are for adults to improve their fitness and wellness, we are pleased with the following our new teen offering has developed in just two weeks time. We look forward to seeing our talented coaches and teachers support members of the community in reaching their strength, endurance and flexibility goals in 2017.
