I’ve been interested in fitness and wellness for most of my adult life and have embraced every fitness phase with enthusiasm: Ankle Warmers and Headbands, Step-Aerobics, HIIT, Zumba, Water Aerobics, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Tabata, Pilates and Yoga. You name it, I’ve taught it! Over the years, I’ve developed a teaching style that incorporates my favorite (and most effective) exercises and training techniques from each area of fitness. Currently, I’m teaching ‘Fast Fitness’ at DBMS. The class is a-head-to-toe workout incorporating strength training, light cardio and flexibility stretches. And best of all, you’re done in 45 minutes!
My passion for wellness extends into my professional life. 12 years ago, I started a wellness travel company with the goal of traveling to beautiful destinations with a focus on locally sourced cuisine and active natural exploration.
When I’m not traveling or teaching, I enjoy spending time with my 3 adult children who grew up here in Duxbury and who are deeply connected to the community.
